Well, by considering the difference of the duties, we can assume that the salaries are also different. However, we must never underestimate certain position. By considering this matter, it is obvious that we must respect janitors as much as the accounting staffs. Just imagine if there is no janitor at all. There will be no one who cleans the company. The company will be dirty and the credibility will be ruined. As the effect, there will be no customer who will put the trust on the company.
